Important Details
1. WAIVER & RELEASE FORM: Students will not be allowed to participate in the classes if the above forms are not on file with vendors BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE CLASS. This is an insurance liability issue. Children without the completed forms (as listed above) will be brought into the office or Bobcat Club to await parent pickup and will be charged the relevant fee by Bobcat.
2. ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Parents are reponsible for making arrangements for their children's arrival to each class from their dismissal from school. The school is not responsible for your child's whereabouts once school is out. Parents should also contact the vendor and office if their student will be absent. If a student is not present at roll for the class the vendor will call the parents and will notify the office.
3. DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS: After school program providers are not responsible for students at the completion of their programs once the child is released. It is the parents' responsibility to ensure arrangements have been made for their child at the conclusion of the After School program. The release form lists options (parent pick up, Bobcat, released on own) and you should ensure your child knows where they should go after the completion of the class. If your child attends Bobcat they will ensure your child returns to Bobcat.
